NCSE Learning and Teaching in the Inclusive Classroom
This course aims to support Classroom and Special Education Teachers to plan, prepare and meet the needs of diverse learners in the primary classroom.
Participants will explore and bring to life the SET Guidelines and Indicators of effective practice.
The course will provide participants with an overview of NCSE Relate, its principles, elements and associated toolkit. Participants will also examine universal approaches, practical strategies and evidenced informed interventions that can support leaners who may have language and communication difficulties, assessed syndromes and literacy and numeracy difficulties.
The course will explore preparation for teaching and learning, including creating Student Support Files and Plans which will enable participants to have a deeper understanding of Assessment and Preparation in supporting students with special education needs.
