Soláthraíonn sé do mhúinteoirí:

• tuiscint shoiléir ar phrionsabail FCÁT
• treoir phraiticiúil maidir le modheolaíochtaí éifeachtacha a chur i bhfeidhm
• straitéisí teagaisc, agus pleanáil

Tacaíonn cur chuige FCÁT le foghlaim ábhair agus le forbairt na Gaeilge araon, agus é ag teacht le cuspóirí an Phlean Gnímh don Gaeilge i scoileanna Meán- Bhéarla agus an tsonraíocht teanga.

Summer Course for Primary School Teachers 2026

This course will be offered again this summer in a face-to-face format. It provides teachers with:

• a clear understanding of CLIL principles
• a practical guidance on implementing effective methodologies
• teaching strategies, and lesson

The CLIL approach supports both content learning and Irish language development, while aligning with the objectives of the Action Plan for Irish in English-medium schools and the languages specification.

A practical interactive course with opportunities to reflect on

• our own experiences
• teaching and learning
• CLIL lesson planning

This course is approved for EPV Days.

Before you finalise payment for your course, please note the following: 

Our summer courses are booked on the condition that:

• The admin fee is non-refundable.
• The admin fee is not transferable to another teacher.

In the event that this course does not reach the minimum number of participants, the Centre will be obliged to cancel the course. You may be offered a place on another course or given a refund.
