The iPad & Creativity

• Examine how technology can broaden imaginative horizons and stretch creativity through instantly usable applications.
• iPads can aid creativity in movie making, writing, drama, problem solving and much, much more.
• During this workshop we will use a number of apps that can make a big impact on creativity in the classroom including Apple Clips, Green Screen by DoInk, Book Creator, etc.

Facilitator - Patrick Hickey

Patrick is a primary teacher with a huge passion for using technology to enhance teaching, learning and assessment. Patrick has researched the experiences of students with physical disabilities in Irish schools and is very passionate about inclusive education. He has a huge interest in using I.C.T to provide greater opportunities for collaboration and innovation. Patrick is an Apple teacher, Google Certified Educator, Trainer and Innovator and Microsoft Certified Educator and Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert.
