Concern Primary Schools Debating competition information webinar
The Concern Primary Debates invites Primary teachers to attend a webinar on Tuesday, 22 September, at 4.15 p.m. The Concern Primary Debates will be returning this school year and will be adapting to an online format in light of COVID 19 restrictions and safety of students and teachers.
The Concern Primary Debates is an educational debating programme aimed at senior primary classes. The Concern Debates aims at introducing topics of development to both students and teachers through the motions to engage students in public speaking and higher order thinking skills around topics such as Climate Change, Poverty and Sustainable Development. Concern are on hand to provide support to teachers and students.

In this session teachers will
1. Learn about the structure of the Concern Primary Debates
2. Find out how to take part in the programme
3. Learn about the new changes and how the competition will be going online
4. How Concern can support teachers and students through easy to use resources, videos and online talks and webinars for classes
