The art of switching off (relaxation) (for teachers and/or students)
The world of living and working through COVID restrictions is busy, challenging and exhausting for school leaders, teachers and SNAs. Over time this leads to lack of motivation, and erosion of joy and happiness and ultimately burnout.
During this course, you will learn how to slow down from 5th gear and find the pause button so that you can meaningfully recharge your batteries and enjoy a healthy work life balance. The session will cover:

· Top tips for working online effectively, productively and without getting exhausted
· Personal Action Plan
