Facilitator Bio:
Elaine King is a Teaching Principal, Leadership Coach, and Mentor with Oide, with over 20 years’ experience in education across a range of settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and Special Needs and specialises in leadership development, professional communication, conflict resolution and school improvement.
Elaine works with teachers, school leaders and education professionals nationwide, supporting them to build confidence, strengthen relationships and lead effectively in complex environments. She is also an experienced Interview and Leadership Consultant, helping educators successfully progress into leadership roles.
Known for her practical, grounded and engaging approach, Elaine delivers training that is rooted in real-life educational contexts. Her courses provide clear strategies, tools and language that participants can apply immediately in their professional roles.
