NCCA - Redeveloping the Primary School Curriculum

The NCCA is redeveloping the Primary School Curriculum and setting up a Development Group for each of the following areas:

·         Arts Education

·         Language (Irish, English and Modern Foreign Languages)

·         Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics

·         Social and Environmental Education (History and Geography)

·         Wellbeing (Social, Personal and Health Education and Physical Education)

Beginning in November 2022 these groups will play a key role in the development of curriculum specifications for the redeveloped Primary School Curriculum.

NCCA is inviting expressions of interest for up to four places on each Development Group. The Council are particularly interested in hearing from individuals who are teaching, researching,  or working outside the formal education sector.
