FUSE - A free Anti-Bulling & Online Safety Programme
FUSE A free Anti-Bullying & Online Safety Programme developed by the National Anti-Bullying Research and Resource Centre, DCU.
The programme is grounded in Irish and international best practice research involving a series of workshops empowering 2nd Year students to address bullying and online safety in their school. It is aligned with the SPHE curriculum to tackle bullying and online safety issues and training is provided to support teachers in the delivery of the programme in the classroom.
By participating in FUSE, you can expect your students to have increased knowledge on reporting of bullying behaviour incidents both online and offline, more positive bystander behaviour, an increase in help seeking behaviours and a more positive school climate in general.
FUSE is also a research and evaluation programme, enabling schools to identify areas of improvement and self-evaluation through post programme surveys.
