Drawing on the six-year TEAL Project in association with the Curriculum Development Unit, MIC and Oscailt Schools Network, Limerick, CEALT aims to expand further and strengthen EAL teacher leadership, foster professional dialogue, and create a sustainable network across primary schools, higher education, and support agencies. Grounded in the principles of plurilingual education, CEALT values the diverse linguistic and cultural identities of learners, aiming to promote inclusive pedagogies and advocates for approaches that see multilingualism as an asset in the classroom.
