This webinar will take participants on a journey into the world of story and retelling stories to help children put on their story writing coat.

- Participants will examine a range of resources that develop and deepen children’s sense of narrative.

- Participants will investigate the scaffolded approach to planning for development of narrative skills.

Catherine Gilliland is an experienced Literacy specialist with numerous publications. Her work has taken her across Europe and was a speaker at The World Literacy Summit in 2020. Her talent for storytelling makes her webinars engaging and very popular with teachers. She recently presented at the ISLA 2024 conference.
