Two Night Course - 20th & 27th September 2023

This online, co-facilitated workshop is interactive in nature and provides attendees with the opportunity to explore some scenarios relating to teams in the online zoom breakout rooms.

Topics explored over the 2 week series include;

• Team Decision Making & Conflict Situations

Facilitator Bios:

Ms. Norma Lenihan

Norma is Deputy Principal of Laurel Hill Coláiste FCJ. She completed Tóraíocht, a Post Graduate Diploma in School Leadership (NUI, Maynooth) in 2013 and a Masters in Education Management from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2019. She completed a Diploma in Life and Leadership Coaching in 2020, developing her expertise in the areas of leadership and management further.

Mr. Kieran Sweeney

Kieran Sweeney is an accredited Post Primary based coach with experience as an AP1, Deputy Principal, Principal and previous Director of the Limerick Education Centre. He is a trained and approved competency based interview chairperson with the JMB.
