Dealing with Burnout
We can consistently contribute to a strong and thriving team and school when we ourselves are thriving.
Overworking, burnout and exhaustion does not pave the way for sustainable learning and growth. It undermines it. When people are burned out, potential and output is eroded. Wellbeing, joy and happiness wane. Health is adversely affected. In times of increased challenge, change and uncertainty, more than ever we need to prioritise wellbeing, take good care of ourselves and recharge our batteries so we can be at our best at work and enjoy happy, fulfilled lives. Consistent high performance requires a sustained investment in your wellbeing.
The session will give attendees an understanding of burnout - so they can prevent it, come back from it and also recognise the signs in others.
