Relational work has been identified in research as the principle vehicle for change. This webinar will explore the research showing the effectiveness of Relationship-Based Practice. Schools are places where many relationships take place, the relationships with children, with their parents, with colleagues and also with ourselves.
*Following feedback from participants in Autumn 2021 it has been decided to run this as a two-part series in Spring 2022.
Taking place on February 02 and 09, 2022 from 6.30pm - 8.00pm
02 February - Night One: The Relationship is The Intervention: The Why of Relationship-Based Practice (90 minutes).
This webinar will explore the principles of relational work and how we can affect change through exploring the external and internal realities of people’s lives.
09 February - Night Two: Relationship is the Intervention: The How of Relationship-Based Practice (90 minutes)
The second part in this series explores the how of relationship-based practice. Participants will examine the techniques used in relationship-based practice. There will be an exploration of how relationship-based practice looks to everyone involved. There will be an exploration of the processes involved, the skills that come to life in RBP and the parallel processes that occur as a result.
