The world we live in is full of stress, anxiety and weapons of mass distraction. Before COVID, stress and lifestyle disease were the epidemics of our time with 18.5 percent suffering from a mental health problem (including anxiety, OCD, depression, addiction etc). Anxiety is the most common mental health challenge. Having tools and strategies at your fingertips to effectively manage stress and overcome anxiety is a key life-skill.

Calodagh McCumiskey is an accredited thought leader in wellbeing.
