Sustainable Wellbeing in a Leadership Role

Sustainable Wellbeing in a Leadership Role

We hope you will join us for this webinar next week where you will be encouraged to look after your own personal wellbeing during a busy workday without feeling guilty for doing so!

As we approach the end of another school year we would like to invite you to a special webinar entitled 'Sustainable Wellbeing in Leadership'. This year was an incredibly challenging year on many fronts and how we look after ourselves as leaders during these times is so important. On June 16th at 11am we are inviting two school principals Rachel O'Connor, Principal of Ramsgrange Community School, Wexford and Sean Óg Ó Dunnin, Principal of School Mhuire, Ballingeary, Co. Cork to give an honest account of how they look after their own wellbeing on a daily basis for long-term sustainability in a leadership role. We will look at how important it is for a school leader to look after their own wellbeing and how this benefits the whole school community.
