The art of Switching Off - Meditation and Mindfulness for busy people - 3 week course with 20 minutes each week 

Following on from our webinar, we are running a meditation programme for busy people to help you shift gears from work to rest.  Meditation is the ultimate tool for self-awareness, growth and relaxation. Over the course of the 3 classes of 20 minutes, you will learn 3 practices and that will help you be more focused, productive and relaxed day to day.  The ongoing nature of the programme will support you to integrate meditation as a positive habit in your daily life.  

When? March 3rd, 10th and 24th from 5 to 5:20 pm on Zoom. 

The programme will be run by Calodagh McCumiskey.  Calodagh has been practicing meditation on a daily basis for over 12 years and teaches it to people from all walks of life and age groups.  She is a big believer in the power of how even short practices of meditating for 1 - 2 minutes can transform your life bit by bit.
