Understanding conflict and developing your skills in relation to the management of a challenging conversation.

Focus:  

This workshop focuses on deepening understanding as to why conflict happens, the triggers that ignite it and the most appropriate responses to minimise escalation.

The session will also examine how best to structure and manage a difficult conversation with a stakeholder, i.e. parent/guardian or teacher colleague.
