Building Self-Esteem and Resilience Series (1 of 2)
This webinar series will explore practical ways that parents, teachers, SNAs, and other professionals working with children can help them build their self-esteem and resilience.
Research shows that self-esteem and how a child feels about themselves has a significant impact on their mental health and happiness. It also has an impact on how they respond to making mistakes and receiving feedback. This webinar series will explore ways of building a child’s self-esteem and how they can build their own self-worth.
A child’s ability to face challenges in life is directly linked to many positive outcomes. Children can build their resilience through learning skills that are proven to help them to cope with stress and adversity.
