The modern world is rife with stress and anxiety, affecting both educators and students. Effective stress management is crucial for maintaining mental well-being and fostering a positive learning environment. This workshop is designed to provide teachers and school leaders with practical tools and strategies to manage stress and anxiety in the classroom and staff room and personally. By understanding the current context of stress, participants will learn how to support themselves and their students more effectively.

Learning Outcomes:

Presenter:

Calodagh is an accredited master practitioner in Wellbeing.  She delivers wellbeing programmes to Corporates, Public Sector Bodies and the Education Sector.  Clients include Danone, the IRFU, Bank of Ireland, the INMO, Press Up Entertainment and Wexford and Limerick Education Centres.  She writes a weekly article on wellbeing for Independent News and Media regional publications.
