‍Treat yourself! 90 minutes of Yoga and Meditation once a month with Muireann Sadlier in Limerick Education Support Centre. Nurture your physial, mental and emotional wellbeing. Classroom resources will be provided to support the implementation of wellbeing initiatives with pupils.
